International Program Manager

Location: Dominican Republic, Cambodia, East Africa, Amazon, Nepal
Position: Fellowship, Full-Time
Time Commitment: 1 Year

Reporting to the International Operations Director, the IPM will be responsible to assist in program planning, finance, implementation, reporting, monitoring & evaluation and all other mission objectives within a designated country or region. Additionally, the IPM will act as liaison for WTW Intl in their community and with partners and other NGO’s in the specific territory. All functions and program initiatives will be carried out in coordination with the National Program Manager (NPM) to ensure greatest impact is being achieved for the specific program and within the budgets of a territory. Additionally, the IPM will work in the spirit of interdependence, innovation, and growth to ensure Wine To Water meets its strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Manage International Office(s) for designated territory including additional staff & interns
• Network with local organizations to build rapport and strengthen local relationships
• Manage territorial relationships in support of WTW initiatives

* Support NPM in:
  • Identifying and vetting WaSH initiatives in support of WTW’s mission
  • Submission of program proposals and all monthly and quarterly reports in accordance with WTW International Operations SOP
  • Creating, submitting, and managing operational and program budgets for responsible territory(s) in accordance with WTW Intl
  • Submission of media and stories for external promotion to WTW Comms Director weekly
  • Oversight of field operations for approved programs by coordinating with community leaders and government offices
  • Assist Volunteer Director in setting up volunteer trips to territory and assist in hosting or host volunteers on behalf of WTW
  • Research available grants for WaSH in territory and write grant applications with a goal of at least $50K per year in grant awards

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Sufficient in Google Drive & Microsoft Suite
  • Positive Attitude, Detail Oriented, and Organized
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to create and manage an operating budget and report accordingly
  • Ability to interact and host volunteers in support of WTW’s mission
